This website is operated by Good Vibes and Designs. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Good Vibes and Designs. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & FULFILLMENT

All products sold on Good Vibes and Designs are custom print-on-demand items produced and fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printify) on our behalf. Because each item is made to order:

  • Products may vary slightly in color from what appears on your screen.
  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
  • We do not hold inventory — items are printed and shipped directly to you.

SECTION 3 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment facility used. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at rachel.d.carrillo18@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free reprint or refund at our discretion.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Good Vibes and Designs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to violate any regulations or laws.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our service or products.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
